C1バブーシュを作ってみる/Try to make Babouche

・モロッコからやってきたバブーシュという履物。日本では近年ルームシューズとしておしゃれな方達に人気です。It comes from Morocco, kind of between slipper and sandal, This item get popular recently.

【資材説明画像 / Material pictures】

↑準備していただくもの。画像の資材でおすすめできるものを下記に掲載しております。
↑For preparation./1.Shell fabric for instep 2.Shell fabric for heel side 3.Lining for instep and heel (It sewn)
4.Bootm, mesh, pudding 5. 2-types of Urethane ( it depends on you )
1.一番上にメッシュ、真ん中に脱臭シート、合繊わたが一番下で３枚をかさねます。Top is the mesh pudding is bottom. If you have deodorant fabric, it comes middle.
2.接着芯をつけた甲の表生地とかかと部分の脇を縫う。Sew the instep and heel side of the shell fabric.
3.スペックは、針14〜16番糸は20番がお勧めです。
The needle = #14~16, Yarn=#20
for the sewing machine are our recommendation.
4.甲とかかとを縫い合わせた表生地と裏生地を中表（中おもて）にして足首がわを一周縫います。Sew the sewn instep and heel of the shell fabric and lining on ankle side.
5.一周したら、外表（そとおもて）に
なるように返します。
After sew around, Turn it over.
6.返したら矢印のところをしっかりと折り返します。Edge of around ankle side, Hold the seam firmly.
7.1.で３枚重ねた底シートの外側３mm内側を荒ミシンで一周縫っておく。 Temporary sewing at Inside of 3mm in outside cut line of 3-layers bottoms sheets.
8.脇を縫い合わせた甲側の表と裏の端を合わせて荒縫いしておく。
Temporary sewing edge of shell and lining of instep side.
9.【資材説明画像】の6.底シートの床面側を上に、8.の外側をあらミシンで止めた表側を下に、最後に３枚重ねて外側を荒ミシンした底シートの合繊わた側を上に外側周囲をまち針でポイントを留める。See No,6 Top of the 【Material pictures】、Faces up side of floor side of Bottom sheets, Surface faces down side of temporary sewing out side of NO,8.
Fasten with pin up face on around outside of 3 layers out side of pudding side.

10.9.で留めたつま先部分以外の周囲を縫う。その際に真ん中に挟まれた甲部分は袋状の中でやや邪魔な感じで余るのですが、袋状の中に詰め込んで縫う。Sew without fasten toe at No,9.
At that time, sand witched middle instep sheet is left as surplus in bag shape, but pack in the bag and sew.
11.縫っていないつま先部分を画像のようにメッシュを境に分けて爪先を縫う。Sew deivided the mesh into boundaries un sewn toe part as above picture.

14.11.~13.の画像で見える別れたところからひっくり返す。Turn over from mesh part as No,11~13 you can see.
15.【資材説明画像】の5.ウレタン2種類のつま先部分を軽くミシンで縫い止めておく。
At 【Material pictures】sew as temporary toe parts of No,5 :
2 types urethanes.
16.14.のつま先に15.で説明したウレタン２種のつま先とかかとを確認して入れる。その際、入れるのに力が必要です。Put the 2 types of urethanes into toe of the No,14.
17.
18.先ほど入れたウレタンシート２枚をメッシュがわにミシンで縫い留める。
Sew by sewing machine on mesh side of urethane sheets, as you put into at No,16.
19.~20.表側に返します。Turn over to surface side.
20.
21.19~20で返すとこの画像のように表生地部分が出てきます。Yo can see after turn over to surface side as No,19. The figure like this.
22.かかと部分を底板部分に馴染ませます。Familiarize by hand the toe parts to bottom sides.
23.かかと部分を底脇２箇所に糸で止めつけます。Sew the toe sides on bottom sides by hand.
24.出来上がり。
It’s done!
